Why therhappy?

I couldn't take it anymore... and that was how this project came into being.

With a degree in finance, a few years in banking in Singapore, I sensed a powerful desire to give meaning to my life. I was 25 years old; young, you might say, to change directions.

Society was oppressing me, I suffer from vertigo and, from my office tower, watching the environment collapse, made me feel dizzy.

Also, at the time, I had major hormonal problems, stemming from a cyst. A traumatic shock! I realized that things had to change and that the norms for health, diet and the environment needed revision.

Hence, to understand my body and its needs better, I left no stone unturned.

In Asia, I trained in yoga and discovered the most effective plants. I travelled widely, I met with nutritionists, pharmacists, doctors, naturopaths, and "healers".

But most of all, I changed my eating habits.

You want to know what? It worked. I found wellness, a glowing complexion and … my energy level went up.

This discovery led to my vision: the motivation to create an ethical brand that would take care of us “from within” to offer new solutions, more sustainable, more respectful of our body and in line with our modern lifestyles.

So why nutrition and, more specifically, food supplements? Because they are at the heart of wellness. Health, prevention, beauty, physical strength are the fruits of internal equilibrium. What you eat can improve many things, if not everything.

In recent years, this view of nutrition has been largely forgotten, even in Western medicine. We have destroyed ecological and natural ways of producing our food. The 21st-century apple is the Snow-White poisonous Apple. And we are what we eat.

I want to show that "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" and that being full of beans, sleeping well, having a peach-like skin come from within us.

Will you join me in TherHappy?
