Moon Milk "Sleep Well"

Sunday night plans ✨ snuggling up with a large cup of moon milk 🌙 for a restful night.


  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • A pinch of Cardamom powder
  • A pinch of Pepper

Warm the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add all the spices whisking until well-blended. Let heat for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and warm.
Filter the milk (I use a coffee press for this step). Serve in a large mug.
